Cindy – Dental Assistant

Cindy graduated from Butte Business College in Dental Assisting and has been a part of the Associated Dental Care of Helena team since 1990. Her dedication to the dental profession and natural ability to make our patients feel comfortable is essential to providing the highest quality care. Aside from work, Cindy enjoys horseback riding, her dog Riley and hiking.

Nelly – Dental Assistant

Nelly joined the dental practice in 2015 and is very pleased to be a member of an exceptional team that cares not only for its patients but also its team members. Originally from Colombia, South America, Nelly feels that with all the available outdoor activities and beautiful landscapes, Montana is a wonderful place to live. But her absolute favorite thing about Montana are its friendly people.

In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with her husband, daughter and the family pets; a Labrador and two Shih Tzus. She is Dr. Allen Johnson’s primary Dental Assistant

Kara – Dental Assistant

Kara was raised in Boulder, Montana and has been Dental Assisting since 2009.  Her prior experience working in a periodontal clinic has been a tremendous asset to our practice, bringing with her the knowledge and skill set that our patients benefit from.   Aside from work, she enjoys spending time with family and kayaking in the summer!
