Nelly – Clinical Coordinator
Nelly has been a valued member of our dental practice since 2015 and is proud to be part of an exceptional team that cares deeply for both its patients and fellow team members. Originally from Colombia, South America, Nelly considers Montana a wonderful place to live, particularly due to its breathtaking landscapes and the abundance of outdoor activities available. However, what she loves most about Montana are the warm, friendly people she meets every day.
As our Clinical Coordinator, Nelly plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting both the clinical team and our patients. She is dedicated to maintaining a welcoming and organized environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of patient care.
When she’s not at the office, Nelly enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and their beloved pets–a Labrador and two Shih Tzus.
Kara – Dental Assistant
Kara was raised in Boulder, Montana and has been Dental Assisting since 2009. Her prior experience working in a periodontal clinic has been a tremendous asset to our practice, bringing with her the knowledge and skill set that our patients benefit from.
Aside from work, she enjoys spending time with family and kayaking in the summer!
Neenah – Dental Assistant
Neenah joined the Associated Dental Care team in November 2023. She is a certified dental assistant with over 7 years of experience in providing exceptional care and support to her patients. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and calm demeanor make her an invaluable part of our practicе.
As a proud mom of two, Neenah brings a nurturing, patient-centered approach to her work. She knows how to make patients, especially children, feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. From chairside assistance to patient education, Neenah is committed to creating a positive dental experience for everyone.
When she’s not in the office, Neenah enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and finding joy in everyday moments with her kids. Her dedication to both her profession and her family truly defines who she is.
Lindy-Dawn – Sterilization Technician-Dental Assistant
Lindy joined our team in 2025. She began her dental assisting career in Canada in 2013 and has lived in the US for 4 years now. She recently moved to Helena and loves everything Montana has to offer.
In her free time, she loves to hike, camp, fish and explore with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs.
