Diane – Practice Manager

Diane joined Associated Dental Care in 2008 and has been in dentistry for over 35 years, graduating from Blue Mountain Community College in Dental Assisting and La Grande College of Business as an Office Specialist. Diane oversees all administrative and clinical operations to ensure patients are receiving ultimate care. She is also a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers.

After raising 5 great kids, she spends much of her spare time enjoying her grandchildren, oil painting, wildlife photography, gardening and spending as much time as possible in the mountains exploring with her husband, Rich.

Ashlee – Scheduling Coordinator

Ashlee joined our practice in 2016. She assists patients with all of their scheduling needs!

Ashlee was raised in Wise River and Divide, MT. She later moved to Helena where her beautiful daughter was born. Ashlee enjoys camping and fishing with family. Summer is her favorite time of the year!

Anna – Scheduling Coordinator

Having joined our team in 2024, Anna is one of the first points of contact for patients, handling appointment scheduling, phone support, and billing questions to ensure a smooth experience from the first call to the final visit.

Born in Heron, Anna has lived all across Montana and is proud to call it home! She enjoys traveling, hoarding plants, and taking advantage of our surrounding wilderness with her husband and their two dogs.

Rebecca – Financial Coordinator

Rebecca joined the Associated Dental Care team in September 2022. With a strong background in the medical field and over 20 years in customer service, she brings both expertise and empathy to her role as financial coordinator. She handles everything from posting account payments and preparing daily deposits, to appealing claims and supporting the front desk team with scheduling- all while keeping patient care and experience at the forefront.

Outside of the office, Rebecca is a proud wife and mom, an avid reader, and a dedicated pet lover with a house full of furry companions. Her creative spirit and passion for helping others make her an integral part of the ADC family.
